The Extension Master Gardener Intern Program consists of a rigorous 15-week training in locally relevant, research based gardening techniques, taught by NMSU educators and local experts. The classes will include a pre-recorded presentation that will be sent to the Interns a week before the scheduled class for their review.  Fifteen virtual classes will be scheduled for Monday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM beginning March 15, 2021.  During these Monday classes, the expert will be available via ZOOM for questions and additional information.  Interns will then meet, via ZOOM, in small groups with a class leader for further discussion.  The last class is scheduled for June 21, 2021.  All classes are taught in English.  Program information and class materials are posted electronically, so individual internet access is required.
