Time: 9AM - Noon

Location: Meet in Herb Garden and move to Extension Office at Rodeo Grounds 3229 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM

Fee: $15 Fee is used to purchase additional ingredients.

Description:

The three hour class\demo\hands-on starts in the Demo Herb Garden with some background information about the Herb Garden, various growing methods in the demo garden, and the plant inventory. Selected Herbs will then be harvested and we move to the Extension Office kitchen for the remainder of the class.

In the KITCHEN... we'll provide tips and recipes about the harvested herbs and, dependent on number of participants, cook up 2-4, different recipes then enjoy a lunch of our creation!

SIGNUP CLOSES July 15 at 5PM in order for us to obtain additional ingredients. No refunds can be made for cancellations after the deadline.
